Anyway the album stands on it's own. The music is very simple yet highly detailed, with a swathe of flavours. It's one of those "of course" things where in hindsight anyone could have thought of it, but never before.

True that. I was hot for this record last weekend and couldn't stop listening to it, after being excited for it since the November single release. I was listening to it when I saw the sad news, and it was a lightbulb moment, but the album was good.

It'll be in the top 10 of P4k's top 100 albums of this decade, and The Next Day will be too..
