Keep at it man, your group has definitely found your voice. It reminds me a lot of Big Sean's work. I'd say keep tweaking and going at it til you've got a sound that stands out completely from the others doing your style of hip-hop.

As for constructive criticism: I see the style you're going for,and its not everyone's cup of tea. I for one don't mind it, I would just recommend speeding up your flow, the words kind of drag and that makes it come across like the beat is dominating you as opposed to the way its supposed to be.

Great sample! Needs a work flipping it in my opinion. Try scrubbing through the song for snippets that fit, in but throw in a bit of a curve ball in the beat. Maybe when you have a piano loop like that, try dropping out certain parts of it, dropping bass hits, stuff like that keeps the listener on their toes.
