The Internet became the place for promotions because TV was full of too may god damn fucking jews (like that guy in the video) who didn't want to play anytjhing new and bitched about how "we" weren't playing the "old stuff" Heck. I was doing fine playing a lot of the "old stuff" with the new stuff on Launchcast, up until the record industry spassed out about streaming music. Imagine how they reacted back when music was first on the radio. They probably wanted to sue the fuck out of Marconi and Tesla.

Stealing became MANDITORY in the late 1990s through much of the 2000s. Bullshit like "market restrictions" and trying to kill streaming pioneers like LaunchCast, LastFM, Shoutcast, and RealAudio seemed to be priority number one for an industry that was looking to cut corner by ripping off artists but willing to blame the consumers for why out of that $20 CD back then, the artist got less than a fraction of a penny while the Record companies JEWED THEIR WAY TO PROMOTING VAPID REALITY TV PROGRAMMING at the cost of next to nothing because if they hire people who don't know how much they should be paid they won't need to pay them what they are really worth.
