shit man, i remember listening to some of your earlier releases and not being much of a fan. but this is some next level shit. i'm not familiar with 'noise pop' whatsoever but this is exactly what i would expect it to sound like and i'm in love. "Dance With Me" is a catchy pop tune yet it keeps this awesome dark, noisy, glitchy atmosphere. Those vocals are absolute sex. Definitely checking out the rest of your album, will get back with you after i finish.

I still really enjoy your cool gothic vibes. I'm tempted to download this but you seem to either add a new song or still have some of those weird vocals too in the foreground. I'll be watching closely though.
>>53514787
I've never seen you before so I had a little listen. Pretty good vocal work and guitars, it has a charming effortless sound to it all. It sounds like just a few friends singing for a very small party at another friends home or something. It's cozy.

Palling Around - great opener, definitely sets the mood for the rest of the album
Too Soon - great lyricism coupled with great vocals. all around pretty decent little singer songwriter piece. Are you using a vinyl plugin? I'm not sure how I feel about those skips. I don't think they work too well with the clean sound of this track
Dance With Me - you already know my thoughts on this one
27 - i'm not a huge fan of this but that might be a personal taste thing. perhaps a bit repetitive? i don't know. but again, those vinyl skips are starting to get distracting.
Hanging Around - woah that icy synth in the background almost sounds like the vocal melody of the previous track, which is pretty fucking cool. It's got this nice early 80s pop vibe to it with this cool noisy lo-fi twist. The almost xiu xiu-esque vocals treat this track very well. The "OOOOOOOOOOs" are pretty elias bender which is awesome. the pitch shift around 2:40 harmonizing with your vocals is absolutely amazing. that whole "just hanging around" chorus is fucking perfect. FAVORITE TRACK
Katarina - I'm starting to like these soft track breaks between the noisy tracks however it just doesn't suit my own personal tastes. i could definitely see how others would really enjoy it. anyways, solid lyrics and songwriting. can't really say much more other than it all sounds very honest. i do think it could be a bit shorter
Ye-Ye Boy - oh damn, this one surprised me. very folk-freakish psychedelic pop. this is a great track i just wish it had some more variation. maybe this one would be better if it was a bit shorter. i would probably have a different opinion on some kind of hallucinogen
Take My Shirt, I Don't Need It Anymore - this is exactly how i would want this album to be closed. soft, haunting, and melancholic. the main synth is like candy to my ears, along with the sporadic arpeggiated thin ice synth. beautiful. this track made me feel physically cold.
>>53514787
>>53515100 continued
guys, this is an amazing album that deserves more attention. it keeps a consistent sound with out getting boring. personally, my favorite tracks were the noisy ones - pailing around, dance with me, hanging around, ye-ye. and take my shirt. can't wait for more material
>>53514928
it took me a bit to find out that constantly adding new tracks to incomplete albums is an ugly thing to do so i completed the EP/album. Yes, Timothy's Serpent still has the weird vocal screeches in the foreground but I kept it to have some radical contrast. i understand how it might be a bit distracting but i like it that way.
also, i listened to your new album and i really enjoy it. however, i miss your vocals.

solid solid solid psychedelic rock.
not a huge fan of the genre so i don't know what else to say but i can tell this is something that fans of the genre would really dig. the production, guitar tones, and that rich bass are all amazing.
>>53515097
okay this is fucking amazing. i fucking love darkwave and you've done it extremely well my man. perhaps a little less reverb on the vocals would be better but heavily reverbed vocals on this sort of music works perfectly.

Would really like this if you took the whole thing a bit more seriously.
I feel like you've got good music in you but you're too lazy to actually try hard and make it as good as it could be.
My advice is to work on another album, rather than seeing songs as something to work on for an afternoon then upload to bandcamp, I'm not saying that to be mean but that's how it comes across when you upload one song at a time and the covers are all jokes
Over It genuinely has great potential. Also You Claim is fucking awesome.
