None are overrated. Each one of them were, and still are essential, relevant countries that produce interesting sounds and possess major influences.

The Netherlands (and to certain extent, Belgium) is easily overlooked. Romania, Slovakia and Sweden also have good scenes, but they're usually too specific or really lack appropriate coverage.
