Does /mu/ listen to any video game soundtracks?
The Max Payne 3 OST was completely made by Health and it's pretty great.
I don't add any to my library but Cave Story soundtrack is the GOAT. The fact the Pixel didn't really compose music prior to making the game is amazing considering how well all of the tracks fit in with the gameplay.
It's not indie but if you want a game that is as charming as Cave Story you need to check out Mother 3. You'll need the fan english patch but it is a fantastic game that Cave Story reminded me of a ton.
Bastion and Transistor both had very good OSTs
Valve and Rockstar have consistently fantastic soundtracks in their games.
Red Dead Redemption:

Meanwhile on the front page of /mu/.
How could OP dare bump down such quality content?
There really aren't enough Spaghetti Western games, so I totally agree. I'd rather see RDR2 than another GTA. Hell, I'd settle for a PC port, but I know better than to hold my breath on that one.
Not sure if I'd ever listen to it outside the context of the game, but the TWEWY music was pretty cool. I really dug the Kingdom Hearts versions as well.
>talk to a qt friend I have a crush on about how I love space n shit a couple days ago
>yesterday she messages me saying I should check out FTL soundtrack
I know it's nothing but it's such a warm feeling knowing someone found something on the internet and thought about you and that you might like it
