Only a few of the songs are really synth heavy. Most are just piano based which really isn't 80's sounding but I won't argue its amazingly original. I guess Grid starts off kinda generic but halfway through it gets more dynamic.

Relative to his other albums it's weak, but relative to other cover albums it's great, so I'd say it averages out to being, well, where I put it in that chart.
