What do you guys think is going to be the next mainstream subgenre to blow up for a year or two?

Deep house is running on empty at this point and trap and dubstep died long ago, big room might be the most cancerous music form to ever have existed. Most of these were predictable before they really went big, but right now it's seems like nothing new or interesting is surfacing.

I'd say techno is the next big thing but the general public can't get into techno like that no matter how homogenized it can possibly be.

Either that or old 90's garage sound because it's apparently already being played out in the UK and other yuro regions but it hasn't even gotten to that point at all here in murrica. I'm sure it'll be the next big thing here in terms of what people here call "ladhouse" in that regard.

Lastly, some people have Tensnake filtered (among others), so it's unfair that they miss out on these threads becauase the OP won't respect community etiquette.
