I guess the Scandinavian sound? I just want loud, noisey, and reverb without it being too heavy into hardcore.

METZ and Pissed Jeans kinda work, but neither really stands out. I'm not some total noise rock noob btw, this is just a particular sound (Iceage) that I really like have so far been unable to find more of.

Take note that Posh Isolation specializes in noise and "blackened hardcore", most of the music they put out is great but probably not what you're looking for.
Look into Youth Attack Records if you're aching for noisy, nihilistic hardcore punk, it's pretty much what they specialize in. Cult Ritual, Raw Nerve, Hoax, they even distributed Sexdrome records in the US.

Also, one thing that I don't know how to describe that I've been dying to find more of... the guitar melodies in some Iceage songs, they're almost this weird "celtic" sound or something. That Lower song in >>48567309 has it to an extent too.

'cept you just decribed every HARDCORE TR00 PUNX show I've been to in the past 5 years; everyone at the wall while the <10 local skins beat the shit out of each other and crowd kill for the whole show, usually with the encouragement and assistance of the band.

every "p4kpunk" show I go to is packed wall-to-wall and full of kids (not 40 year old drunken men, but teens and 20s) who are actually into the music and having a great time, moshing, dancing, being active in general. So lol @ tr00 punk assholes.
