Apparently they had all the characters' basic mechanics and movesets figured out back in Fighting is Magic (even the ones beyond the mane6 - they something like 17 characters planned), and the goat will use one of them. But like you said, we haven't seen it yet, so I'm curious how it'll be and which pony it would've been.
