If you want my honest opinion, no. A lot of people have agreed that the jingles are too repetitive of each other / unclear to hear, and the crank part and yellow belt strap is still a bit sore for eyes. The fullbottle gimmick is also less enthusiastic compared to gashats, since you probably might not feel inclined to collect all the bottles due to limited usage in the show, much like some of the tire changes in Drive.

Right now, the best option is to wait longer and see if either the driver gets discounted early or if the upgrade/unique rider bottles have unique sounds that are more worth collecting than the driver itself, to which getting the driver will just help satisfy that toy instead of the other way around. Either way, all up to you on how much you like the gimmick and how much you're willing to spend each month.
