I liked some stuff, like the Kyurangers vs Ex-Aid Riders in the beginning, but almost everything involving the past heroes was disappointing, like the hyped up tournament only having two matches shown on screen, and the final form Rider/Sentai teams just using quick finishers when they appeared at the end. There's also how Ex-Aid's team wasn't always off screen between their battles aside froma brief Momotaros cameo.

The Game Heroes format also made some cameos very disappointing, since they didn't need any context at all, like the Amazons. It'd have been fun to see them attempting to throw them in without relying on a generic clutch like that.

There's a lot of stuff that's only in the movie for trailer fodder, like Lazer.

Pretty sad when the spin off Gorider does everything the movie tried to do but 1000 times better.

The problem with CSHT is that it is such a clusterfuck of so many random ideas that none of those ideas never get much spotlight to shine. If they focused more heavily on a few things, like Ex-Aid's team and the Hiiro conflict, it could have been more tolerable. I don't think Shin, ZO and J would even exist in that scenario. They don't even have belts. They wouldn't be able to support a tv toyline. Whatever tv Riders we'd get would be very different from then.

Considering Black RX, I guess the designs would end up more metal hero-like, with crotch armor and multiple weapons in addition to the forms. Ishinomori wanted to push his bio Riders, but his decreased role in RX likely would only increase in later shows.

So, not very different from what we ended up getting in Heisei, just with more full body armor.

Pretty straightforward, but it seems like it could be solid and allow for some interesting interactions and forms. I do worry how some of the older Heisei riders who don't have a lot of form changes are going to look in their legend forms though. Den-O is pretty easy to design Legend Rider forms for since you can just throw the parts on top of Plat Form, but a Rider such as Faiz or Hibiki is much more difficult.
I wouldn't put it past them to have Build pull out a pair of Legend and Rider bottles during the climax to gain the power of all the Legend Riders in 1 form.
