According to one of the Japanese reviewers that built the thing already, apparently the legs are Materia's. Here's the breakdown according him:

After looking at him building it, here's basically what the kit is composed of for those who want to build their own Gourai without buying the BD:

Innocentia: Head, upper body, and upper arms
Architect: Lower body and upper legs (the latter is modified so it is compatible with MSG and parts with 3mm pegs)
Materia: Lower arms and legs

The neck frill / choker is new since the old ones would need modification to fit on Innocentia's upper body

There are sometimes Japanese photo books of FAGs and shinkis that are made for various fairs and sometimes have foreign submissions, too. No prizes though, just copies of said books.

Koto's pretty clearly trying to promote inter-line synergy rather than competition so that you spend more bucks on Koto merch. MDs and FAGs are both presented using MSG parts in their stock photography, and I wouldn't be surprised if they do the same with the Shinki kits once they're past Arnval and Strarf. FAGs currently rule the roost when it comes to robot girl kits, and they're taking care to ensure lines like Hexa Gear are considered companions rather than competition. If anything I'm surprised MDs aren't slightly bigger so that they'd match FAGs for height, although they're still in-scale enough to use most of the same parts.

Bandai might not be able to win this one. They're still having a lot of trouble with the human faces, and they don't have the babby-tier customization backbone that Koto does because gunpla aren't built around a common standard. Builders Parts are nice, but they don't compare to Koto's offerings. Plus they keep releasing Fumina over and over again instead of using different girls. Bandai's still got the best plastic quality and technology, but they're lacking the product line to compete here.

Volks' stuff just feel off in their aesthetic to me, although I'm sure they'll pick up a following.

Bandai uses a fixed set of polycaps as the baseline standard all of its physical toy designs are planned around. It's very noticable with designs that originally had slim limbs in art.

Koto is using a 15cm standard for as much of their shit as possible it seems. Means that nothing's too much out of scale with anything else.

Fixed polycaps aren't the same as being of a fixed height or incorporating fixed points for adding additional parts. Trying to attach one of the various Boosters to your gunpla is a total crapshoot: it might be able to just replace the backpack, you might need to use an adapter, you might need to use the waist clip thing that sucks and doesn't hold on well, because gunpla are designed with show-accuracy in mind first and customization second. You need to be a better modeler to modify your gunpla than you do with Frame Arms, because Frame Arms are covered in 3mm ports and all of the robots use the same skeleton, so everything is always in scale.

It's definitely a rougher pill to swallow after Base and Hres had some meat to their accessories, but Byakko's a pretty lightly armed Frame Arms and the FAG version is basically exactly the same as the robot version. She has all the same weapons that it does, it just doesn't have very many weapons.

The real problem is that the wildly different aesthetic is going to clash with most if not all custom parts without a lot of work.

As Gourai was the first kit it's also the worst, each later release has incremental improvements. Parts are compatible with later kits though, and since the Innocentia comes with an extra set of limbs that the Gourai can use I'd recommend getting that at the same time if you're really set on getting one.
