I think I have read about nanolaminate armor on some wiki that they only work in conjunction with Ahab reactor, as in the Ahab wave changes its properties and make the layer able to deflect projectiles, without an Ahab reactor it would be pointless to have nanolaminate armor, since the technology to make an Ahab reactor is monopolized by gjallarhorn, I think anyone who got their hands on one wouldn't use it for a mobile worker

Gundam is a franchise where many series are set in different universes with the only thing linking them is that they have Gundams and certain tropes that are typical of the series, each attempting to put it's own spin on things, IBO is one of those series that is independent of any other and it's a pretty unique Gundam series in many aspects, it's portrayal of mobile armors being one example, they're powerful weapons in other series but they're generally just a larger more powerful mobile suit that is piloted by a person or sometimes multiple people, The calamity war mirrors certain wars or events in other Gundam series but it is it's own as well, and the new info from this episode makes it very unique

One thing I actually like about IBO everything isn't a gundam.

I mentioned it above, but on mine the way they did the wrists and side skirts makes them really loose and they pop off easily while posing. And while the being able to rotate the wrist on the hand for melee poses is cool, the way they worked it is that you can't take off the back of the hand so it limits what you can actually put into the hand (Nothing with any sort of hand guard that would require removing the cover on the holding hand.

So basically the wrists and side skirts could have been better. It's fine otherwise, although I question why it needs 10 rectangular hardpoints when the only thing things that can actually be stuck onto them currently is the magazines for the rifle and the rifle itself. .

Well, she did research, and respects him because she shares his drive of revenge. I know it's extremely unlikely, but it would cool in a way. Hmm, at this point, I wouldn't be suprised if both Gaelio and Ein's brains were implanted in Vidar, hence the two orbs in the cockpit. Maybe masked man's body itself is an android wirelessly controlled by the brain/s in the Gundam, hence his head contraption. Basically, the relationship between Masked Man Vidar and Gundam Vidar would be analogous to the way the Plumas and the MA works.
