This is already a thing though. SRWZ3.1. They even threw in a MC that is even a brooding, quite mercenary-type and with a glasses-wearing teacher copilot.

A good chunk of the early part of the game revolves around random shenanigans from Fummofu, so it's great to see everyone's reactions when Heero or Chirico show up to save the day in Bonta-kun

Unfortunately, no. Bonta-kun just appears, saving the day, and everyone, particularly Sousuke, is shocked when it's Chirico inside.

The game itself is fairly unpolished in terms of visuals, but the story and plot are actually fairly good. If nothing else, it had been a while since SRW had revisited Axis Shock, and the entirety of this game basically builds up to CCA in a fantastic manner.

The rest sounds like a fun idea but that's a little off, since NoN has differences (not all of them good) that go beyond the second season, as well as similarities (not all of them bad) with it. You could even draw parallels at various point.

Either way, I'd also go for more of an Escaflowne x Code Geass crossover.

Large corporations comprised of weapons manufacturers get everyones shit together and build large underground cities for their factories where the people work their citizenship as slaves. TSFs evolve into MTs and armored cores. Corporations race to the remains of beta hives to collect any remaining g-elements and fight fiercely over them. Veterans of beta wars now work as mercenaries to fend of enemy corporations and any remaining beta. Beta are bred and cyberized in secret as bioweapons. This and other shenanigans I can't think of now.
