Didn't know about Dark Horizons. Mite be cool.

I'm actually waiting for Sunrider to finish. I got to about 3/4ths of the game until I quit out of sheer frustration. Apparently, I needed to git gud some. My tip: kill everything on sight unless it's an escape mission (otherwise you'd be swamped eventually) because money for upgrades is a big ass problem later.

thanks for reminding me of sunrider, I recently ran into computer trouble and since it isn't in my library forgot to re-download it.
some other M games on steam are astebreed, which is like ZOE as a railshooter,
Gigantic army, which is a very militaristic mech style action platformer like the old NES mech games,
and I'm not sure how good gun-metal is but it is on steam and you can turn into a jet macross style.

There's also MAV! The past year of vidya has been good to /m/, particularly the new ones coming along.

more weapon variety. we're missing some stuff from chormehoudns like mines, mortars and the quad legs. those were the best thing in the game, and they're missing in mav

2nd question, I have a huge hardon for first person mech combat, in the video I see grainy camera views. Is that a scope or can I play with a grainy camera for immersion. I'm not a huge fan of 3rd person combat.

Astebreed is actually a pretty fun shmup/bullet hell. The achievements get pretty damn insane though (Like finish the game without missing a single enemy)

I dunno if its /m/ but Guns of Icarus Online is fun as fuck. Teams of 4 have to crew airships and duke it out with other airships. Then you have components getting damaged, flames sprouting up, having to rush around and do damage control and try to keep your shit afloat while you gunners run from turret to turret hoping to get the enemy off your back.

They patched the enemy missile spam to be less fucking OP, its beatable on normal now.
