Hello, I'm a graphic design student (yeah, tear me to shreds). I'm looking specifically into Gestalt theory. I'm not looking to fathom too far, but rather to get a good (unoutdated) book to know it...
Gestalt for Beginners by Sinay or someshit like that. It's like a dummy series if that's what you want. I haven't read it myself just flipped thru it at a party somewhere in Havana.
I'm a graphic design student too anon, don't be ashamed, its a nice major
Better th an 'Literature' or 'English/Frist Language Studies' at least.
I don't really know much about what you're asking for, but here, have a bump
I'm honestly kind of glad it's my day job (I started studying it halfway through college and applied to both writing and design jobs when I graduated). My visual creativity pretty much got stamped out when it became my day job. I would hate for the same thing to happen with writing.
