Have you ever read an polish writer book? inb4 Lem

I have read a few, but does anyone know where to start with Zygmunt Bauman?
I want to start looking into his philosophy, and would like to know his 'grounding' texts. So any recommendations would be much appreciated.

Read his essays and get a general feel of his style. He's pretty accessible, the whole 'liquid modernity' schtick is one of the most lucid interpretations of modern human predicament, imho.
