Any answer other than moby dick is wrong. People who claim it is boring have no reading comprehension or taste. Do yourself a favour and enjoy that beat for all its worth.

But Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance is honestly boring, doing so would only ensue more boredom. Moby Dick is actually an enjoyable read if you pace yourself imo.

i read zen in jail and i can honestly say i remember absolutely nothing from it. reading moby dick at the moment as i can see many others on this board doing. actually right before i picked up moby dick i was reading v which a lot of lit was reading at the same time as well. i guess there's a little current guiding a few of us right now.
