Does this ever start to be less wordy, or at least with more direction? The imagery and dialogue are fantastic, but few and far between passages that contain references I don't think I'm understanding.
I loved V. and enjoyed Lot 49 but this book is making me feel pretty dumb so far.
>hasn't read Gravity's Rainbow before
>is either too stupid or too lazy to search online for a companion guide
>incorrect usage of the idiom "few and far between"
>is a "dumb" person by self-admission

Also, I'd leave out any complex analysis for your first run through the book. It's an experience on the first run through.
On subsequent readings you can go through it with a fine tooth comb.
>needing a companion guide
>for a book
>book considered "good"
In b4 "pleb just doesn't understand."
It's a joke you need a guide to read a book. Postmodernism killed literature. It's probably for the best.
