Look for shaving oil on the net. Personally I use Emu oil. First I heat up an area using a very hot towel, then I spread on a few drops of oil. Next I shave that area. Rep[eat with the next non shaved area.

Emu oil sinks in nicely and moisturizes the skin so one doesn't even have to wipe it off. It's downside is cost.
