I wasn't one of the people who posted anime pics, but the appeal of large breasts is gone with implants. Unless you mean fat grafting, but any surgeon who does that will tell you you're not going to be gaining multiple cup sizes from that. Maybe if you pre-stretched the skin with implants or a vacuum (over time) and then replaced it with fat, you could get something significant since they say the major problem preventing going up by huge amounts is that the skin is too tight. But that's just my guess.

I can pass while kind of doing the tomboy thing, since I'm a geography student and all the girls in my college department wear hiking boots, loose Levis, plain t-shirts/button-downs, hoodies, and no make-up anyways. I worry about passing a lot, but it's not usually all that much of an issue in reality considering that I generally pass for an outdoorsy gay girl, which is okay. I just wish I were a few inches shorter, a little more muscular, and maybe had a little less belly. I grew up in a rural community where everybody were either trashy fat white people (not like poor rural whites like urban liberals call trashy, but like straight-up methed out trailer trash), Mexican, Hmong, or Nisei Japanese, and when I was a kid I really wanted to be Latina or an Asian girl considering that all my friends were Mexican and Asian. I've kind of accepted being white, though, but sometimes I still wish I could be something else. I just generally want to be prettier, more petite, and more fit. I guess one of those is sort of doable, I guess.
