I was on 100mg spiro and 50mg estradiol twice daily. Doc's tried to get me to ramp both up to 3x daily but I can never remember to take my third. I don't usually take it with food.

Above all else just figure out a really easy cheap snack that has some protein in it, and whenever you take your Spiro make sure you have that meal just before, like just wolf it down then take the Spiro.

This will literally fucking double the potency. I'm way too tired to link the literature but I'm not joking, Spiro has 50% of it's supposed bioavailability when not taken with food, it's not something that makes you vomit when taken without food like lots of antidepressants, but it will basically just not work without food. That alone will decrease that T number by 30% at least guaranteed, I promise you.

Also, you never take Spiro sublingually, if someone told you that they were trolling, it makes no difference at all, if anything it'll make it worse because you'll gag it all out first

I am curious about your estro dose, it's not unheard of but was it a typo? Some old school doctors will do this, back in the day we had to take a LOT of estradiol because antiandrogens were even more useless than they are now, and you aren't in serious health danger or anything, but are you positive it's 50 mg of estradiol?
