Probably most of the forum shit you see online about it is fantasy. Just like there are posts in forums about men wanting to castrate themselves. Bugchasing/catching should be of no concern to anyone realistically though, other than talks of shutting off healthcare access for these people. In addition, we should be more focused on people who don't tell the truth about their HIV status, as it's not talked about enough.
