'Springfield Armory' is a disgrace. It is the finest example of how disgusting false advertising can be. The actual Springfield Armory in Springfield, Massachusetts has been part of American history since the foundation of this country, in the very beginning. They are boastful and barbaric enough to lie in their logo that they are the original, operating since 1794.
Meanwhile the Fabrique Nationale arsenal, Tula arsenal and Izhvesk arsenal, and others are still at the forefront, FN mostly as a firearms company and manufacturer, the latter 2 and others still as state arsenals.
The history of the Springfield Armory is completely lost to the last two generations. It's sad how a horrible company can basically rewrite history.

Remington 770, not very proud to have. My first gun, gifted to me by my dad when I was a wee little one. Not comfortable, not ergonomic, shitty bolt and plenty of other issues, but it is god damned accurate. I mean this firearm will touch holes at 115 yards without problem.

Yugo SKS, honestly probably my favorite rifle. Extremely reliable, attractive and cheap. Heavy for an SKS, but I'm not complaining too much.

Century Arms RAS-47. Crucify me for owning one, but I bought this back when I didn't know much about guns and I've never felt the need to replace it. I know it's not the greatest AK, but I'll be damned that after replacing the bolt and carrier, it's been holding up really well and I think I'm just gonna buy another AK instead of replacing this one. Why not two AK's, next one will be either a WASR, Arsenal, or even Riley Defense (IO in disguise I think) if they actually start producing hammer forged trunions.

ATI FX 45. Great shooter, really love this handgun. Was a gift for my 19th birthday, and fuck I really like this gun. Running hardball it's very operational, comfy and all around a good experience.

FEG Hi-Power Clone. Stiff trigger and general accuracy issues make the gun really hard to shoot at distance (50 yards really). But it's a very comfy shooting gun, and though the trigger is heavy and stiff, it isn't bad by any means. Overall pretty satisfied with it, but it's kinda my 'special' gun.

Bulgarian Makarov. I'll be damned this thing will not choke. 500 rounds through it this summer and not even the most minor of failures or problems to speak of. Not very comfy to shoot though, it does kick pretty hard and sharp edges on the grip gave me a blister once. But in general, good gun and my EDC.

You'll notice that I rock the poorfag world of buying guns, I prefer to save money as much as possible. In some cases you get great guns like the SKS and 1911 and Mak, other cases you get the RAS/Hi-Power

Funny enough, I was actually able to get two shots off before the rail on the shotgun itself shattered. The nut on the back dented one of my mags to the point I had to throw it out and I looked like a dumbass standing there with two guns in pieces in different hands. AR was fine
