Between the two I'd say probably PRI for a couple of reasons. One, the PRI locks up and down, not just down like the ARMS. Two, and this is basically nothing, because the ARMS doesn't lock in the up position, when you attempt to adjust the windage, the whole sight will wobble around.

I'd say get whichever is cheaper or whichever you like more. They both have dual peeps and a long proven history. But beware that the newer style ARMS #40 has a clipped peep to make it shorter. The older ARMS #40 (now called #40 STD) has an un-cut peep (preferred imo). I think ARMS looks cooler, here's my old one.

Practice dime drills, don't release the trigger until you do so consciously. feel around for which part of your finger you can pull the trigger with the least rifle movement and always remember to use that spot thereafter. Breathing, either learn to fire at the natural pause or simply hold your breathe somewhere along the line.

Which optic are you using? If none, ensure you're maintaining the same exact sight picture every time. Some of us, myself included have difficulties repeating sight picture after removing our head from the rifle.

Just got refunded on both purchases though. I guess a 5.56 AR was just not meant to be for me. I still want an AR platform rifle, and a precision rifle, so I'm starting up a .308 project.

It will most likely be all aero parts except for the barrel, unless someone knows of a better brand to build on. Barrel suggestions also appreciated, I only need it to be QPQ and 18-20"

Honestly get a $20 costco flashlight and mount it with a ring that attaches to your rail. Don't get expensive shit because it's the quintessential "cop brand."
