Honestly I didn't intend to put that scope on the gun but it some how ended up on there anyways. It is a little weighty, but on the Block2 which is already a brick it's not the worst.

I really only do bench shooting and rest positions with it, hence the even more front heavy bipod.

If I want to run and gun I have a MK18 upper to slap on the lower, which coincidentally just got approved for SBR status. Now I just need to engrave the trust name on there......

Not difficult at all, expense depends.

You're gonna need tools, including a vice, vice block (Geissele reaction rod, magpul BEV block) to secure the gun while you work on it (do not clamp upper / lower directly), punches, ar wrench, probably a torque wrench.

Low profile block is $25-60, a free float rail is gonna start about $100. (See ALG EMR v3 if you wanna go inexpensive but quality, Geissele if you wanna spend more doll hairs)

Expect bullying because of your rifles similarity to mine when I started
