Getting there, but for that I'd go about $50 more and get a WASR just because it can accept regular furniture.

There's nothing wrong with the pap rifles, aide from furniture. Every bit as reliable as other AKs and you won't be disappointed, but if you want to change the furniture (which you will, the shit century ships their rifles with is ass) you will have a tough time finding something good and whatever you do find will cost your left nut.

Question for you guys that added bullet guides to your VEPRs. I bought a guide for my 5.45 VEPR and bought a Tapco 10 rounder for testing. Right now pre-conversion, the 74 mag doesn't lock into magwell. This is normal right? I swear that I heard/saw people rock 47/74 mags into their VEPRs pre-bullet guide, they just wouldn't feed.
