I've been doing this for a while, what money I have wrapped up in junk like ARs is a fraction of what I have in other platforms.

shot my Palmetto State Amory build at my local indoor range today at about 25 yards. At first I overestimated my zero (I have it zeroed at 50) and was shooting a bit high, but once i realized I only needed to aim about an inch higher than point of impact, I got a decent center mass grouping, which is really all I'm looking for with this gun. It's definitely going to be my home defense weapon once I throw a handguard, a light and maybe a red dot sight on it. Accurate and reliable. Honestly to the point of being kind of boring to shoot. I didn't really feel like shooting more than a box of 20 rounds today. Granted if I had access to a three gun course and was practicing tacticool shit it might be a different story, but for just hitting the target, it works and it works well, and I'm a fucking garbage marksman btw.

Would the primer alone have enough power to get a 50 grain bullet out of a 16 inch barrel AR? asking for a friend
