Question: why would you buy a more expensive lower such as BCM, Aero precision or other quality places? I mean sure, the finish is much better and they offer designs that might fit a build your trying to do. But for any basic AR-15 would they do just fine with any sub $100 lower?

i kinda want an m16 or m4 clone do you think i could build it out of a mp sport 2?

Just use whatever you normally shoot, at whatever range your irons are zeroed. The variations between 62gr and 55gr are going to be very small anyways. But to answer the question, TA31F (and all ACOGs that calibrate with ".223") use 62gr. If it differes from that, the Trijicon product page will say what to use (M193 etc)
