If you can afford the T2, get it. The larger objective of the MRO is arguable it's greatest distinguishing feature, but if you shoot with both eyes open (and you should with a red dot) you begin to realize the large objective isn't as advantageous as you may think.

Well you should probably invest in another sling desu. You should also clean your carpet, that's pretty gross.

Not to mention that the sling looks a bit too short. That said, take the end of the sling, feed it through the sling loop then back around and back through the buckle. Then take the other end of the sling and repeat on the opposite sling loop.
