APD is actually your best bet, probably one of the best run/most professional departments. They also have a longer training period, it's harder and they are most selective.

Just google whatever area you want to join, they'll straight up tell you what the exams etc. should be like.

Also lift, run and study to prepare. You get paid more for being bilingual and having college classes in a relevant degree program.

Thanks for the good information I've been googling some police departments some seem pretty cool but others seems incredibly shitty with low pay and shitty office politics and low morale.
