Cops can take you to court. You'll win, but you still have to go through the whole fucking deal. Most people who practice constitutional carry end up getting a CCP anyways just to be safe.

Am I a faggot for thinking that as long as a permit is cheap and easy to obtain that there's no problem having it being a requirement to carry legally?

I like that there is at least some training, either written or practical required to obtain a permit in most states.
But at the same time if a state wants constitutional carry I don't mind that either
