>got a letter from a state representative (courtesy of Missouri Firearms Coalition) about how he's getting signatures signatures on a petition to support getting constitutional carry passed in Missouri
God I hope it passes, fuck our governor if they veto it.
Anyone else possibly going to get constitutional carry in their state? Anyone from a state that already has it and want to talk about it?
I could make one, where can I find a map detailing the history of the suppressors?
What would the categories be?
>allowed to own
>allowed to use for hunting
Should I have anything else?
It's not over time but here is one for right now
Arkansas here. Constitutional carry here is legal but practically worthless. You can still carry but you will be harassed like a motherfucker
Cops can take you to court. You'll win, but you still have to go through the whole fucking deal. Most people who practice constitutional carry end up getting a CCP anyways just to be safe.
>tfw family moved from New York to Florida back in the 70s
>tfw most people act like a nice kind northerners but with fun allowed and none of the bullshit redneck shit the south is known for
>tfw watching the sandhill cranes in the mornings
I love my state.
>will NEVER EVER have any rights, let alone constitutional carry
Why do I even read these threads?
>TFW I can open carry my P95 into Wal-Mart to do my banking, buy groceries and get .50BMG in the same building.
>TFW still no .22LR
I can't wait til we get constitutional carry here in TX. I give it 5 years.
Dont remind me.... We can't even strike down the FOID law because our shitty constitution has an addendum to the second ammendment.
SECTION 22. RIGHT TO ARMS
Subject only to the police power, the right of the
individual citizen to keep and bear arms shall not be
Meaning that the FOID is constitutional as the police have the right and power to regulate firearms. Chicago fucked us royal in the 20s-30s and still does today, if you want proof, look at the list of banned weapons, its all shit from the 30s.
How can libtards see this gif and honestly claim more people aren't trying to be pro-active for their well being. I hope by 2025 this gif is remade and every fucking state is at least blue, if not green.
Am I a faggot for thinking that as long as a permit is cheap and easy to obtain that there's no problem having it being a requirement to carry legally?
I like that there is at least some training, either written or practical required to obtain a permit in most states.
But at the same time if a state wants constitutional carry I don't mind that either
>tfw can never carry legally because I live in the bay area
>tfw penalties for carrying illegally are bare minimum fine, and 10 years probation (AKA loss of 2A rights)
Anyone else know these feels?
