Wew that's a whole lotta targets there all in one place.
Be a real shame if somebody blow them up.
The only thing that could actually sink all that simultaneously would be a nuclear weapon. If that shit kicks off those carriers won't really be of much use anyway.
>This thread is now being monitored by the Department of Homeland Security.
I guess that makes an attack at Norfolk impossible then. The logistics alone are far beyond the capabilities of any nation on earth. Maybe after someone circumnavigates the globe we should start thinking about taking security at Norfolk seriously.
Pfff yeah right, as if that'll ever happen. There will never be enemies in the Atlantic.
Not to mention there's 3.8million chinese-americans: if even 1% of them are sympathetic to the PRC & 1% of them are willing to act then that a ready made support/safehouse network with hundreds of agents. There's also 300,000 chinese students.
>Touching my Norfolk
If any terrorist group, country or even dumbass even makes a fucking dent in any of the ships. I will see to it that they get killed. If they scratch the paint on my planefu F-22's, then I will make sure that every single F-22 at Langley AFB makes them embrace democracy.
I was born in raised in Hampton Roads, even if the government does jack shit in response to a attack. I WILL find a way to avenge my hometown.
Confirmed for not understanding government debts.
Explain to me what you think a US dollar is
Explain to me the point of government bonds and their benefit to foreign investors.
A nation with zero dollars of debt is one which has ZERO dollars of fiat currency.
OP, I think you grossly underestimate how hard it is to sink a modern aircraft carrier. They are built to keep chugging while juggling multiple hull breaches, anything a hypothetical Chinese agent could smuggle in wouldn't even scratch the paint.
As an aside, your uninformed opinions and snide tone make you look like some sort of placard-waving paranoid schizo, bemoaning that unlike you, nobody sees things for what they really are, when in fact it is you who is the blind self-assured fool.
You're right dude, I'm just shitposting. Please just ignore this thread.
Our enemies are stupid and uncreative. Anyone who wants to sink a CSG will obviously use battleships and attack us on the open ocean.
I hate to say it, but that would definitely work on me. If Pearl Harbor 2 happened I'd be enlisting the same day without even contemplating it. Especially if us Americans started worshiping Khorne.
The problem was it wasn't a real country we could declare war on. It was a group working inside a country with a government we knew was oppressive so we had to be delicate with the people.
It wasn't a sneak attack by a powerful, aggressive enemy whose citizens worshiped their leader as a God, it was a bunch of assholes living in a country run by assholes populated by stone age farmers. Plus there where cameras everywhere this time, things were much more delicate.
So you actually have no concept of naval operations, do you? Being able to sail around the globe is way different from being able to attack Norfolk.
Who would do this? Using what ships? What are their logistics? How do the get into the Hampton Roads to get there? What are all of the ships at Little Creek doing? How do you avoid dying from all the pain that is rained down on you from Oceana, Cherry Point, Langley, etc...? Were you able to make it past all of the SSN's in the Atlantic?
Go look at a map of the central atlantic coast and tell me how this is in any way a realistic concern.
5/10 - you got me to type that up.
No Japan didn't do it/
The news papers just said that Japan did but It's becoming increasingly more obvious who invests in weapons, media, and starts wars.
Here is a hint: They, want the internet censored because anyone can google them now.
Key question here: who gains the most from blowing up something? The one who invested in the war.
Lol... good fucking luck attacking any major US military base nowadays. They will KNOW if any country is planning on atracking them, and know where they are before they can get into range.
Plus nukes make total war really difficult to fight. So unless you want whatever shithole country attacks the US turned into a stained glass emporium, it's best to leave them alone.
I think a lot of people forget that the relationship between the United States and China is symbiotic. Nowadays, neither can live without one another. Both countries are holding each other's economy up.
The US has trillions in debt to China... and China has trillions in debt to the US.
There are few minds that I am thinking.
>Secret Agent mode: sneak in and destroy power plant and critical modules and stations.
>Pearl Harbor style: sent in tactical fighter bombers and unleash hell upon them.
>9/11 style: bride jihadist to blow themselves along with carrier.
>(Serious: Mode) Submarine: Prepare your sterns, Insert Torpedoes.
What about >200 GPS guided civilian drones mounted with copper E.F.P.’s.
With 20mn flight time, straight line, you can release them from every direction and swarm one of them before any reaction.
How hard would t be to convert a shipping container to a submarine
the bare minimum i mean
was thinking of a ISIS container ship just dumping these container subs outside the coast and then swarming the dockyard
>Would make for a great movie anyway
