>There are people on this board who actually obsess over this piece of shit.
>This gun has literally become the meme gun of /k/.
>Slavaboos will defend this scrap of shit till death.
>Muh 7.62x51mmR, Muh killed more germans than the russian winter.
I just don't fucking get it /k/. I owned one, it was shit tier to the point where I traded it for high point.
I don't understand the whole point of these threads.
I like my mosin, it shoots fine.
Its not a super accurate amazing flawless crafted to perfection rifle.
But that's not the point of it.
Also trading for a high point nice b8 m8.
They're not even 80 bucks anymorel. Something like 250 or some shit.
I wish /k/s meme gun was teh k31.
They were 75 bucks when they first started coming in due to no commercial ammo around at the time. I also regret not getting that jew mauser in .308 for 100.
>Stop liking what I don't like
Meanwhile, people are enjoying civilized discussion in the mosin threads while you sperg here.
It's a rifle under $200 that if you know what to look for can be a 1000 yard gun. Most idiots buy the first one they see and don't even check the barrel. So maybe it's not the rifle at fault my dude
Although this aspie is yelling about stuff, he is kinda correct.
I too am a former Mosin owner. I brought into the Slavshit meme crap that flys about here.
Gun was only average shooter, poor stock design leading to heavy recoil. Ammo stank and was 50 year old surplus of dubious origin. It ended up being a wall hanger.
Happily traded it to some poor kid who was nuthugging hard on the Slavshit. Simpleton traded a Winchester 94, scope, bag, dies, powder, brass and projectiles just to get his hands on a worn out Finnish Mosin with headspace problems and a black bore.
I mean, you can feel how do feel. Is it the best rifle ever? Not even close. I'd never trust my life to mine. But I still like to shoot it, and it's historical value is worth enough to me.
Thanx for the good b8 m8
>It's .308 therefore it must be accurate at long range
>have to spend at least $400 for quality glass
>$700 fudd deluxe
>mosin half the price
>spare parts everywhere
If mausers were as cheap as mosins we'd all love them more. But mosins are cheap to own, cheap to shoot, easy to find parts, etc.
>only owning one milsurp bolt gun
Well it may be a shitty gun but it'll be the only one I'm ever allowed to own.
Decided buying others isn't worth the money since the wife announced that if any of them were banned by Obama or the ATF we will be turning them in instead of hiding them.
considering the materials and tooling involved in making a mosin, and their inherent durability, they still are a bargain. even with their rudimentary fit and finish they would still be a $500+ rifle today
