I too am a former Mosin owner. I brought into the Slavshit meme crap that flys about here.

Gun was only average shooter, poor stock design leading to heavy recoil. Ammo stank and was 50 year old surplus of dubious origin. It ended up being a wall hanger.

Happily traded it to some poor kid who was nuthugging hard on the Slavshit. Simpleton traded a Winchester 94, scope, bag, dies, powder, brass and projectiles just to get his hands on a worn out Finnish Mosin with headspace problems and a black bore.
