That's a Safariland ALS/SLS Level III or possibly Level IV duty holster. The top strap has to be first pushed down, then rotated out of the way of the gun.

Then the officer has to flick the ALS Sentry security lock to the OFF position. (Optional Level IV)

Then the officer has to grasp the handgun and push down on the ALS release button before drawing the handgun.

>handgun pulled out with more force than the holster tension which is tight enough to resist upside down shaking.

I've said this in these threads before, but it bears repeating. Cops are paranoid about this sort of thing, and in fact they're usually trained to be that way.

They know where their gun is, they know where the people around them are, and they know these details relative to each other. Most cops are given a significant amount of weapons retention training as well. Add to that a level 3 Safariland, and that gun is staying right where it is.
