Obviously Kaguya, Parsee, Nue, Raiko, and/or Sagume would be the protagonists of this game, as characters who don't wear hats or hair decorations. Literally the only Windows-era characters I could find that have never had a hat, hair dec, or some kind of unusual ears or horn coming out of their hair.
