They're nurses, they nurse you, they're there to help you with your day to day mental health. They'll talk about your problems, what helps, what doesn't, what harmful things are in your life and how to remove them, they'll offer home visits once or twice a week to ensure you're getting out of bed and looking after yourself etc. They do loads of stuff. I turned down all their help because I didn't want it.
Occupational Therapy helped me most. It also depends on the person you get. You might get a super helpful nurse or a bad one.

Might as well post my work in progress now. The way it's going I'm not sure will the finished product have a small enough filesize to be posted without being downsized or converted to jpg.
Dreading doing Galway not only because the amount of tiny islands and jagged coastlines that are difficult to cut but also because the girl's pose doesn't fit the shape of the county well. Might just use Yui instead.
Some county girls are very well posed to match their county's shape, Kerry and Wexford for example. Mayo and Meath aren't oddly shaped so they were easy.

It's a symptom of us being so pale and with very blemished skin and many of the most idolised fashion celebrities being darker skinned Americans. There's no real beauty influencer presence for pale, blotchy or freckle skinned girls so the makeup advice tends to be less fitting for the skin type.

Ocupying my time and life. Doing day to day, week to week planning, finding outlets for myself.
Waking up on time, eating right, doing activities, making the little things in life manageable and working your way up from there.
also talking about your feelings, trying to understand your feelings and understanding when they're bad, why theyre bad, how to fight the rumination and how to deal with many various aspects of your mind/emotions.
It was quite good. She was also just a super nice and gentle person, that understood me more than anybody out of my mental health team and could really relate to me.
She seemed a bit anxious/shy herself. Nice girl. Wrote the HSE/Hospital a thank you you a year or more later. Hope they realised she was a pretty good worker.

I had the idea for a while but I thought I'd wait until there was a decent amount of girls, plus finding a good map of Ireland with county borders was difficult. I found this one by scanning through Wikimedia and I'm still not entirely happy with it, but oh well it works.
Also I've lost track of which counties are left to do so this will help with that.

I'm sure there are, the point I'm making is more that the Kardashians, the Jenners, Nicki Minaj, Ariana Grande, Beyonce and Selena Gomez are the largest idols for girls and young women and all of them have darker complexions than Irish people. The only pale skinned star of that magnitude who could compare is Taylor Swift so it's no real surprise that the concept of beauty has shifted towards products catering for or producing darker tones.

just the unknowns. For example right now I have a job offer that I accepted and they're doing a background check. They successfully confirmed my previous employment with 4-5 of my employers, but the 5th im unsure of the contact information of (was many years ago) and I didn't keep in touch. So even though all my other resume contacts confirmed what I put when I applied I freak out and think they'll rescind the offer just because they cant get in touch with someone that I did a 3 month internship in college with.

Basically anything I cant control I just get anxious about. It seems like a crisis and even though I logically know they will most likely just ignore it I always assume the worst and get panicky.

I guess maybe once I settle into my job all this stuff with subside. But I always just find a new "crisis" to fixate on.

Do you have OCD or something or have you ever talked to a psychiatrist about it coz that seems like your only option if you're worrying over such trivial things? You Americans are mad for the psychotherapy so I must assume you have.

>>

I have too, my start date is Sept 25th and basically ill be drinking and playing COD4/AOE2 until then and if I hear something from HR about a mishap ill deal with it then. It just sucks because I feel as though I should be relaxing until work starts seeing as I have almost a month, but instead I sit here anxious as fuck each night.

Maybe try a different drug? It sounds like you'll be fine with your references tbf lad so you should just stop caring about it. You could do with a decent dose of fatalism.

Do you think since you have the time to worry, since you're not currently occupying your time with a job, the anxiety is worse?

Not fluently but I have a decent grasp of the language. I mean I was able to write a /pol/-tier essay in Irish in my Leaving Cert but if I was watching an Irish programme on telly or listening to an Irish conversation, I wouldn't feel confident in understanding it sufficiently. I guess it's just a matter of getting quicker at thinking in Irish. You can write at your own pace but you have to listen to someone else at their pace

Gabhaigí mo leithscéal, my name is Mór Cináed.

I'm a 27 year old American Éireannghráthóir (Hibernophile for you shoneen). I write ballads on my tablet, and spend my days perfecting my poetry and watching superior Irish telly (Father Ted, Love/Hate)

I train with my Armalite every day, this superior weapon can cut clean through Saxons because it fires at the rate of 750 rounds per minute, and is vastly superior to any other weapon on earth. I earned my firearms license two years ago, and I have been getting better every day.

I speak Irish fluently, both Cló Gaelach and the Galway dialect, and I write fluently as well. I know everything about Irish history and their tanist succession laws, which I follow 100%

When I get my Irish visa, I am moving to Dublin to attend a prestigious University to learn more about their magnificent culture. I hope I can become a producer for RTÉ or a fiddler for the Dubliners!

I own several léine, which I wear around town. I want to get used to wearing them before I move to Ireland, so I can fit in easier. I bow to my elders and seniors and speak Irish as often as I can, but rarely does anyone manage to respond.

Wish me luck in Éirinn!

I was in a few. Football, handball and basketball.

>Did you play regularly in school?
Daily, both breaks. It's not like we were allowed to do much else. Unfortunately it was mostly soccer, we played football a few times but we didn't have nets behind the goalposts so it was a pain having to go into the field or out onto the road whenever someone got a point, plus the teachers didn't like us leaving. We played rugby for a week and I loved it but then the teachers banned it because apparently we were getting too mucky. We did hurling once a week in fifth class but I wasn't very good at it, my biggest problem was I had difficulty picking up the sliotar properly so I was essentially playing hockey.

No idea. Map with all of them seems like prime normie upvote bait.
Should make Froggy post it on his Twitter.
What would your reaction be to people posting them in other places?

Not sure. I guess looking at them they both share a sort of flustered displeased look.
Prefer Derry a good deal more, I think. Perfect mix of both emotions, blushing cheeks, good looking plus Derry is a great county in general.

Have a blister on the roof of my mouth for the past 4 days so everything stings when I eat and it's uncomfortable.

No one here is familiar with areas in Luxembourg, if you told us a name it would go in one ear and out the other. If someone here said they were from Cashel for example then that would stick in our minds since we know where it is to begin with.
Plus it's hard to tell whether you're being serious or just screwing with us sometimes.

Why is Tipperary so weird?
>>
>>78908763
While Tipperary is a weird county geographically, I can confirm wexford is the true weird county. That place is full of the weirdest fucking quare people I've ever come across. The towns there are weird too.
>>
Was offered a position in Clonmel. I said no but I've been considering it since. I know it's a miserable town and all but Tipp isn't so bad. I could get away from it all, from everybody.
It could be a more laid back lifestyle. I'm sure rent is cheap, and as long as the internet is good who cares.

Tipp town seems to have a national reputation at this stage for being an utter shithole. I've never been there myself though, so I have yet to witness its majesty.

Well Carrick-on-Suir and Nenagh definitely aren't among them. And then you only have Cahir, Roscrea, Thurles, and Cashel left.
>>
>>78909394
I have a very different view, Clonmel is about twice its size anyway so I'm not sure how it could be less busy.

It's the junction to avoid Limerick altogether, it'd ought to be outside it.
