Rare words that I don't think I need any time soon are not learned at all, yet.

What would be the difference here between にこっっとした and わらった? I know とする is supposed to mean "To have a sensory or psychological experience Feel~; look~" but that doesn't seem to fit here. Depends on your health, your IQ, the rate at which you're consuming new cards, the time spent on each card, etc. 58% is too fucking low. Slow down until you're at least 75, unless you're only doing 100 reviews a day, in which case you should just try harder/use the cram modes.

I'm doing the standard 20 new cards a day, I had 90 cards to review today which was the most I've done yet. I'm not doing any additional vocabulary/kanji studying yet, just the daily Anki and Tae Kim when I have the time.

It's just a little bit of extra context, preventing you from 'learning' two readings/meanings of the same word/kanji and confusing yourself even further.

It seems like I'm getting the vast majority of N5 vocab words right.
I've learned all N5 kanji as well. I just have to work on their readings.

Text smalltalk is really, REALLY boring and gets useless really quick, I wish there were more actual language learners or spergs like us so I could try voice chatting and forcing my way through communication.
