Serbo-Croatian is *kinda* fine, but man, you've lost infinitive (much like Greek) and cases. It's really surprising too, since Bulgarian has the longest literary history of *all* Slavic languages.

Some fucked up reforms during the Soviet luv era were also made, unfortunately. Mostly orthography / typographical, but still. South Slavic languages should have been a MODEL for the rest of Slavs, as the most ancient and civilized ones, but they've been mistreated because of politics.

They can be fixed though. Especially in terms of orthography. Just stay as far away from Russians as possible.
