There are just-in-case flags included like Catalonia and Scotland but they are unused unless those areas become independent. The flag you're talking about is a particularly special one.

Not sure what A1 and A2 are, XX is unknown. No idea what AP is and EU is just the European Union (when does that show up?).

As I told to my spanish friend that asked before, the template is just so large 4Chan doesn't allow me to post. That's why I post a reduced (50%) version.

Also, I added some regional maps to it, so there is no way I can have a blank template. If there is still interest, I can upload the bigger copy to an external host and everyone that wants it can make it blank again.

In either case, I don't find my template that useful. Use a general map for national flags and specific maps provided here for regional since it will be a better option.
