>An illustration from the 19th Century book Sawaqub al-Manaquib depicting homosexual anal sex with a wine boy. Titled at source as "Spilling the wine".
Turkey, explain yourself.
I think you're missing the point here too, since hygiene has always been and largely continues to be horrible for people who aren't part of the upper crust of society and the two pictured are clearly not peddling salesmen and farmers.
We're talking people who had plenty of access to all manner of perfumes and lotions and could keep themselves spotless, hairless and smelling like something you'd want to eat and have sex with at the same time. You could even speculate that there emerges a sort of situational homosexuality when you live in an atmosphere that is sensual and erotic as opposed to the grime and filth of life outside of city walls, or palace walls for that matter.
I hate this meme
Why does everyone think cleanliness has only existed since 1900? Sex was not "literally shitty", people have always been able to clean themselves. Also waxing existed and so did hair loss ointments.
The modern world is not the fucking pinnacle of civilization.
>An unhappy wife is complaining to the Kaddi about her husband's impotence. Her evidence is a zibik (dildo)
Ottoman drawings are lewd.
For example, an illustration from the same 19th Century in japan.
"Octopus and diver girl"
Story is supposed to be something like this:
>Wife wants to divorce her husband because he can't get it hard
>Qadi(Islamic judge) says she should use the dildo instead of divorcing him
100 years later, an american came to japan to publish HENTAI.
He also respects old HENTAI culture.
>tfw no qt Japanese boy to wakashudō with

yes. He has a risk to be jailed in US...
It's a cultural thing. You wouldn't understand.
there is also a myth about the greatest devotee living as a woman for a year
and another myth about a goddess who had to cut off her breasts and live as a man or something
