there are quite a few actually
fava or nerchia (both from Tuscan dialect)
collo di papero ("duck's neck", as in "ieri sera ho infornato il collo di papero": "last night I put the duck's neck in the oven")
uccello (bird, as you can see we like aviary allegories a lot)
minchia (mostly a Sicilian term)
and the most used: cazzo (broadly utilized in the Italian language as the English "fuck", as in "non me ne frega un cazzo": "I don't give a fuck", "cazzo!": "fuck sake!")
Wouldn't fit mine, I'd use Schshort instead.
