>No Risk thread
>What the fuck is wrong with you guys?
Are you sure you got your Roman numerals right, OP? Seems a little unbalanced. Unbalanced in a way that makes sense in the setting, but unbalanced nonetheless.
OP always plays.
Go into the Gaul territory
>OP always plays
this is always pretty unfair, since in the game OP is literally God and all the other player that will be aganist his faction will enventually fall.
Excess first to fill out south-central Anatolia (seizing three territories from Pontus), then to destroy the northern-most Arab tribe, then against the Armenians.
Attack the Selecuids
if any rolls left give them to fill the western terr.
Also what do I need to build a fort by the delta of Nile right to the sea? If nothing then do it
Maybe I updated the wrong map kek
I'm having trouble putting into words how fucking awful you are as an OP. You have explained literally nothing about how your map works, and no one has any idea what their bonuses are, except in knowing that the entire bonus system is broken.
>7997 is not a palindrome
Kill yourself. You're a moron.
Take the rest of territories from Seleucid in this Israel region kek dont know how I would call it. Stop the attacks once its filled
If any rolls left will the western area
but looks like I was wrong, sorry
No one has any idea how the bonuses or the towns or the forts or any other mechanic works, including the OP, so I'm not going to waste my time playing. The Seleucid Empire is open.
Why are people so afraid of new stuff?
>I explained that to everyone already.
No, you didn't.
Were you even the actual person to make this map? I find it hard to believe that you are its creator, considering that you have just as little idea as everyone else as to how it works.
Also, to help you out: you never actually edited the bonuses. The Seleucid Empire's starting bonus is still +38. Are you sure you don't want me to fix this abortion of a map?
I personally like this new one.
It's been what, 4 years since the bonus thing in RISK kicked in? How the fuck can people not realize yet that they are the worst because they only allow circlejerk and steamrolling?
No bonus = best RISK
It makes sense but only if everyone starts equally. In this case it's kind of hard to down a big empire starting out as a small one. Although the map looks interesting.
Guys please, just tell me, what is wrong with my map? The bonuses are fixed, the seleucids have 15 bonus, you are literally making shit up.
The Deployables are built like this:
I have a Medieval map just like this one and everything went perfectly, you guys are just picking on this map because you want to.
It is not supossed to be fair, its supossed to be realistic.
If you want na easy game pick Rome or the Seleucid Empire.
Besides, as na OP i usually make random events to hinder steamrollers.
>Take 1 turn to build
1. This is the first time you've said that.
2. That's an inadequate explanation. Do you need to roll a certain amount for the build to be successful? Does it consume your turn, or is it a free action? If the latter, can you build a fort and a town in the same turn? In either case, can you build a fort and a town in the same region?
>The starting bonus for the Seleucid Empire is not +38
I'm going to explain this to you like I would explain it to a toddler.
If you would look at the diagram I am posting, the territories with giant red X's over top of them are territories completely controlled, in their entirety, by the Seleucid Empire at the game's start.
3 of them are worth ten territories (X=10), and one is worth eight territories (VIII=8).
10 + 10 + 10 + 8 = 38
Do you need me to dumb it down any more? Because I don't know if that's possible.
Its not the first time i say that i explained this earlier!
It take a full turn, you cant attack or build more shit.
AND I UPDATED THOSE BONUS SINCE THE 2nd MUP!
I would gladly continue, unfortunally, something came up in real life and I cant play anymore.
Bye, i thank those who pointed the flaws (so I can improve it for next time) and fuck the rest of you who were just trying to make this thread fail.
The bonuses are fixed and the rules regarding deployables are now more clear. My suggestion is that you start a new thread, from the beginning, and we begin anew, as the Bulgarian suggested.
I also recommend you get a new trip (ideally a secure trip), since some other Portuguese dude seems to be impersonating you.
