I can think of Brazil and Brazilian culture because it's pretty exposed in the media i.e. World Cup plus I've known Brazilians. Because of /int/ hearing Argentina makes me think not white. From what I've seen online, I'd say that Mexico and Chile are about as far apart in culture and speech as the opposing points of Slovenia (which are about 200 km apart), while Brazil and the Hispanic countries are about as different as Slovenia and Croatia imo.
