If meat is cooked properly, it shouldn't need a lot of spices. Non-whites like to char their meat until it tastes the heel of your shoe i.e. is actually bland and combine that with the entire contents of their kitchen. It's okay sometimes but they aren't eating the meat, they're eating the crap they've added to it. It's kind of like how little kids don't like tea, they like sugar and milk.
I rarely eat beef desu, when I eat beef it is almost always only grounded beef, I don't have the proper tools to make some killer steaks, when I eat beef it's mostly in restaurants. I mostly eat pork, hard to fuck it up.
