I am now genuinealy disturbed, considering I also remember most of my dreams, not to mention lucid dream.
And by switching during sleep I pretty much mean when I wake up at night or before I actually fall asleep.
I don't know if I switch sides or what not during sleep itself considering I do not recall what position I fell asleep in after waking up.

Also from my experience "pharaoh/vampire position" sleep is the most optimal for lucid dreams.
In this position you will have more often lucid dreams.

Not many people have that gift so don't waste it to much for flying and sex, because you can do more usefull things because of time conversion in dreams(you sleep couple of hours but in dream it can be couple of days) you can use this time learning. And gain advantage over ppl in your age ( in knowledge)
