Ah yes, another "test" which means absoutely fuck all as twelve is not enough to judge on.
Also, note that they don't specify exactly where they were left. Leave them in a grim estate and yeah, they're getting kept. Leave them in a nice middle class area and they'll probably get returned.
I know that it surprises many if you to see India's result but honestly crime isn't common here. Criminals are looked down upon and shunned by society. Even with a huge portion of the population under poverty, we don't have too many crimes occurring.
Also about rapes, they are taken very seriously and in many cases the rapists are lynched by a mob.
Once a mob even broke into prison, dragged out the rapist and beat him to death
>me live in tyumen
>lost bag with phone, camera and wallet with 15k RUB.
>a three days later
>My mother called me
>"Your bag in police station, they found my number in your phone."
>Go to police, get my bag with all contents
Did you read the whole thing? Even if you count unreported rapes india is way behind the pack. Don't base everything on memes and what you read here. Half this shit is propaganda, do your own research.
shh, just let it sizzle
Chi-squared test is the best when it's overloo-
I mean overcooked.
that actually made the news here at the time
although tbf they did drop the wallets on very busy touristy areas known for having people selling drugs every corner, which heavily reduces the chances of it being returned
