Well to be honest (and I'm talking mph not kph) a speed limit of 55 going home from work is never followed. Average speed is 70 to 75. On a 70mph speed limit most people are going a out 80.

Unless a cop wants to be a dick they won't nap you u less your 20mph or more over and weaving in and out of traffic.
