Don't want to live in Europe, I consider their culture extremely boring, would like to choose UAE, Australia or California or any other rich southern US state - rich countries, interesting and diverse cultures (UAE is not really so diverse, but I like arab culture and UAE is a great example what can arabs achieve if they do everything right, just like Czech Republic for slavs).
But talking about Europe I would choose between Sweden (socialism, rich country, high life quality, industry), UK (rich country with English language, but expansive lfe and education would make me think twice), Italy and France (developed industry and pretty rich - yes, Italy is rich comparing to Russia).

If I had to theoretically choose one it would probably be France, even though I have no desire nor plans to move there in the future.
